Quarter Final - Head to Head

Mark Selby v Allister Carter

Tough one to call as both players looked in top form in round two.  Selby made five centuries in beating Ebdon and Carter comfortably saw off the seven-times champion, Hendry.  Throughout 2007, their results have steadily improved and it is no real surprise that they are still in.  It should be close but we just give it to Selby.
