Judge has had a good season and it shows in his more than respectable stats. Not bad for a journeyman pro.
Day, on the other hand is heading for the top, and is considered by many as a serious contender this year.
He lost in the final of The Shanghai Masters at the start of the current campaign, throwing away his first major title in the process. He has been consistent since then and reached the semi-final in Beijing last month, so form is not an issue.
