O'Sullivan V Williams

Match of the round!

These two have history! In the past they entered media fuelled rows that was nothing more than a healthy sporting rivalry, but with utmost respect for each other's ability on the table, this is sure to be a Crucible classic.

It's been a while since Williams was anywhere near his best, and as a result the season stats suggest a one-sided affair.

The Welshman has gradually begun to look like the player that won two world titles in four years, and in 2003/04 won the BBC Slam.

The Rocket was somewhat lacklustre in his opening performance, but he will know that anything much short of his best will prove damaging against Williams.

Not having been involved in the BIG matches recently might work against Williams, but on the other hand, he looks to have got the old hunger back, and we think that 11/4 is the bet of the tournament.
