Steve Davis – what can we say about the great man – the legend and…
American jazz tromobonist.
He studied jazz at The Hartt School at Hartford University. He joined Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers in 1989, and following Blakey's death, Davis joined Hartt faculty.
Steve was raised in Binghamton, NY and is a very talented writer and arranger as well.
He has recorded several albums as leader, including Portrait in Sound (2000).
Maybe, they could do a cover of 'snooker loopy' together!
