Steve Prest
Steve Prest
Was a regular on the World Snooker Tour in the early 90s and claimed a number of notable scalps.
His best run came in reaching the last-32 of the British Open.
After starting coaching to supplement his playing career, he quickly realised that he had a natural talent for getting the best out of his students. Gradually the coaching took over and Prest retired from professional snooker in 1998.
Steve has been a World Snooker Coach since 1995, and since then he has coached all over the world and worked with some of the best players.
He was in Shaun Murphy’s ‘corner’ during his Crucible winning year in 2005.
