The 147 Club has a real family feel to it.

Owner, Kevin Johnstone opened the club almost 20 years ago and practised there daily during his brief spell as a professional in the early 90's.

Since retiring from competition he has concentrated on providing the very best facilities for his members.

Up-and-coming talents like Joel Walker, Sam Thistlewaite and Mitchell Travis are regulars at the 147 and are sure to benefit from learning first-hand from 2005 world champion, Shaun Murphy who has his table installed at the club with special TV lighting.
