HAWKINS INSURES SAGA DATE!

Former top-16 player, Barry Hawkins ensured that he won't miss the Wembley event when it kicks off early next year. Having dropped out of the elite band this season and as a result missed out on his automatic spot, he needed to come through six gruelling rounds to secure his place. And that's excatly what he did, beating rookie on tour Kurt Maflin, six frames to four in the final.

Hawkins is considered one of the toughest opponents on tour, because of his dogged style of play. He can also be a heavy scorer, but he proved that it is not all about big breaks in the modern game, as he won through without making a single century break.

Cuefacts shows below some of the outstanding performances during the event;

  1. Who tops the Highest Break Board (AGAIN?)

  2. Which player leads the 50 Break-Rate despite losing his opening match?

  3. Who makes five centuries at a rate of every 6.80 frames?
