Who can get a Cuefactor?

Any individual can register and get a cuefactor. The only organisations that can use and administer cuefactor handicaps are "affiliated Clubs". These are clubs who have become a member of cuefactor.

These member clubs must pay a subscription, in part to cover the cost of operating the national scheme.

A handicap given by any organisation other than an "affiliated club" is not a cuefactor, and will not be valid for use in any cuefactor events.
