The understudy to fellow countrymen Williams and Stevens for so long, we think he might be ready to take the leading role. A finalist in Malta earlier this year, can he go one better in 2007/08? Cuefactor thinks he could but let's find out a bit more about the boy from Maesycymmer!

How do you relax between matches?
Play some football, a bit of golf and poker, but mainly spend time with my family. Francesca keeps us busy nowadays!

Nah! Although a few of them can have that effect!

Yes

I'm not sure which one - Maplin gave us all one at the UK Championship last year!
What was the last song you listened to on it?
Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol
How many songs on there?
Only about 400 - but I can only listen to one at a time!!!
Do you listen when practising?
No - I dont do that, I know some players who do, but that would distract me I think - although I never really tried it.
Who is your favourite bands / singers?
Phil Collins, Lionel Rickie, Elton John - don't laugh I really do like them, although I like some of the current stuff too. Snow Patrol, Coldplay, Oasis that kind thing.
Ever seen any of them live?
No, none of them - I'd like to see them especially Phil Collins. The last band I saw live was The Coors.

Aberdeen Exhibtion and Conference Centre
When was that?
I cant remember which year - but we were playing the Scottish Open next door, so they gave us tickets to go through and watch. Well worth it - the music wasnt bad either!!!
Best Concert?
Um, that's the only one I have been to so I guess I'd have to say the Coors.

NO
