Worked With |
I get most satisfaction from working with juniors and people who play for fun. They have different ambitions and yet the enjoyment they get seems greater. I have also worked with a number of young guys who have improved to international standard and that is very satisfying too. |
Coaching Achievements |
I have set up and run a number of succesful snooker schools which have been running for a number of years. |
Playing Achievements |
My highest world ranking was 20, in 2002. I got to the Crucible three times which is the biggest buzz for any snooker player. My claim to fame is hammering the 'greatest player ever to live', Stephen Hendry, 5-1 in the 2001 British Open. I also reached the final of the Welsh Championship last year and lost in the last 8 of the IBSF world championship in Thailand. |

Best Tip |
For the fun player "1,2,3 and go - hesitating when youre on the shot will end in disaster"! If you're more serious then "make it happen, don't let it happen"! |
