I entered a score and I don't have a cuefactor. Why?

Because cuefactor tries to capture a true view of your current playing ability, you need a minimum of three snooker frame scores, plus your highest breaks and current playing status for it to be calculated. Once you enter this information, you should be directed to a new screen displaying your current cuefactor. If you have entered the required information and still don't have a cuefactor, send us an email at help@cuefactor.com and we will investigate the problem
